Please note: Short courses are offered to fully-registered attendees for an additional fee. Short course session attendees receive access to course materials and a short course attendee lunch. Bundle your short courses and save!

Visa Requirements
Depending on the agreements between the United States and your country, a visa may be required to enter the United States. Please check with your local embassy/consulate or travel agent to obtain information regarding your entry visa.
If you require a letter of invitation from ISSX in order to obtain a visa, please note the at least one of the following criteria must be met for receiving a visa request letter:
Individual is a current member of ISSX,
Individual has submitted an abstract to the meeting,
Individual is an invited speaker, or
Individual has registered and paid to attend the meeting.

Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a registrant to cancel their plans to attend. Registration fees paid will be refunded, less a $75 USD administrative fee, provided written notice of cancellation is received on or before Monday, August 18, 2025. Please note that no retroactive adjustments, including the application of discount codes or other promotional offers, will be made to confirmed registrations.
